Creating an Account

The Zaita platform is available in both multi-tenant and single-tenant configurations, each with a different onboarding process. For a full comparison of deployment models and available hosting regions, see Hosting Options.

Multi-Tenant

Multi-tenant accounts are available via self-service sign-up. To create an account:

  1. Navigate to the Zaita sign-up page.
  2. Select your preferred hosting region. Multi-tenant deployments are available in Oceania, Europe, Asia, and North America.
  3. Enter your organisation name, a primary contact email address, and a password for the account owner.
  4. Select you preferred account type.
  5. Your trial period will begin and you can begin configuring the system.
  6. Enter your payment details. A valid credit card is required to complete registration.
  7. Review and accept the terms of service.
  8. Submit the registration form.

Once registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to verify your account. After verification, you can sign in to the web portal and begin configuring your environment — including setting up your PKI, inviting users, and provisioning machine accounts.

During account creation, you may optionally supply your own encryption key. This key is used to encrypt all customer data at rest within the platform. If no key is provided, the platform generates one on your behalf. For more information, see Security.

Single-Tenant and Specialist Deployments

Single-tenant and specialist deployments are provisioned individually and are not available through self-service sign-up. To get started, contact us at [email protected].

A member of the team will work with you to determine your requirements — including hosting provider, geographic region, compliance obligations, and any HSM integration needs. Once the deployment scope is agreed, a dedicated environment will be provisioned with its own control planes, data planes, and infrastructure. Upon completion, you will receive onboarding credentials and access to your instance.
