Signing In

How you access the Zaita web portal depends on your deployment model. For details on available deployment options, see Hosting Options.

Multi-Tenant

Multi-tenant accounts are region-specific. You must sign in through the portal for the region in which your account was created.

To sign in:

  1. Navigate to the portal URL for your region.
  2. Enter the email address and password associated with your account.
  3. If your organisation has configured single sign-on (SSO), select Sign in with SSO and authenticate through your identity provider.
  4. Complete any additional authentication steps required by your organisation's security policy (for example, multi-factor authentication).

If you are unsure which region your account is in, check your onboarding confirmation email or contact your organisation's Zaita administrator.

Single-Tenant

Single-tenant customers access the platform through a dedicated URL assigned during provisioning:

  1. Navigate to your organisation's dedicated Zaita URL (for example, https://zaita.yourcompany.com).
  2. Enter your credentials, or select Sign in with SSO if your organisation has configured single sign-on.
  3. Complete any additional authentication steps as required.

Your dedicated URL is provided by the Zaita team during onboarding. If you do not have it, contact your organisation's Zaita administrator or reach out to [email protected].

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organisation has configured SSO, you can authenticate using your existing identity provider without managing a separate set of Zaita credentials. SSO is available for both multi-tenant and single-tenant deployments.

Selecting Sign in with SSO on the login page will redirect you to your organisation's identity provider. After successful authentication, you will be returned to the Zaita web portal with an active session.

SSO is configured by your organisation's Zaita administrator under Admin → Settings → SSO. For more information, see Security.

Session Management

The platform enforces session timeouts to protect against unattended access. If your session expires, you will be prompted to sign in again. Active sessions can be managed through your user profile settings.

Troubleshooting

Issue Resolution
Forgotten password Select Forgot password on the sign-in page to receive a password reset email.
Account locked Contact your organisation's Zaita administrator to unlock your account.
SSO redirect fails Verify that your identity provider is correctly configured. Contact your administrator or [email protected].
Unknown region or URL Check your onboarding confirmation email, or contact [email protected].
