The Zaita platform is available in both multi-tenant and single-tenant configurations.

Multi-Tenant vs Single-Tenant

Zaita is primarily offered as a multi-tenant solution. Tenant segregation is managed through individual customer encryption keys stored in a shielded data store isolated from the primary database.

A single-tenant solution is offered for customers who require dedicated isolation of their workloads. Single-tenant deployments are provisioned with account-level segregation and dedicated control/data planes. No infrastructure is shared with other tenants.

Hosting Locations

The multi-tenant solution is hosted on the Akamai cloud. Deployments are available in Oceania, Europe, Asia, and North America*.

Single-Tenant Hosting Options

For customers interested in specific hosting arrangements, we offer deployments to Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and specialist cloud providers based in the European Union. If you have a specific cloud provider in mind, please contact us for an assessment. Our architecture has been built from the ground up to be as cloud-agnostic as possible.

Offline backups can be stored in the geographic region of your choice.

Hardware Security Module (HSM) Compatibility
